Dr. Cell Phone – Terms and Conditions
By using Dr. Cell Phone’s site and
services, you are acknowledging agreement to the company terms outlined below.
Please note that we have the right to change the terms without notice, and once
a transaction is completed you are bound to the terms and conditions.
Quality
We guarantee quality with in part
we use. All of our parts are manufacturer-certified brand new unless otherwise
stated. In the rare case that a new part is not available, we will use an
aftermarket part that we guarantee to function like new.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on all
of our repairs except in the case of liquid damage. We are only able to
authorize replacements that have been shipped by us. We do not consider
mistakes in customer ordering as grounds for exchange.
Warranty Repair Process
Our process is very easy! Simply
send in your phone to our repair facility with a copy of your valid warranty
invoice. You also have the option of bringing your phone into our facility with
the invoice as well.
*Dr. Cell Phone reserves the right to void any warranty repair in which our
technicians have found any evidence of liquid damage.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards,
Google checkout online, and Paypal. Dr.
Cell Phone also accepts the following payment options:
COD (Collect on Delivery) Money order or Cashiers Check
Bank direct deposit, Wire Transfer, T/T (repairs@drcellphonehouston.com)
For Texas customers, an 8.25% tax will be applied. If you are a
wholesale customer please contact us at repairs@drcellphonehouston.com and request a Tax
exemption.
Shipping and Delivery Terms
All orders placed before 3PM CST will ship the same day.
We will notify you via email if an item is out of stock and delays your
delivery.
Dr. Cell Phone is not liable for mistakes made by 3rd party
shipping and delivery vendors. In the event of a delivery mistake, the customer
will need to follow up with the carrier used.
